Thomas J. Birch earned his undergraduate degree in 1971 from the University of California, Davis Campus. He moved into trust division banking for several years, becoming securities licensed in 1975. After more than a decade heading up the financial services' division of a national, Fortune 100 company, he founded Thomas J. Birch Financial Advisory Services in 1995. He is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner. In addition, he has also earned the ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), and the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designations. He is past president of the Society for Financial Service Professionals, General Agents and Managers Association, and has earned the respect of both clients and peers for his attention to detail and strong client advocacy.
